Adidas wanted to communicate how the Speed Factory initiative used automation, data, and local manufacturing to bring athletes closer to their products.

To design an interactive 3D experience that reveals the process of design, testing, and assembly through a dynamic virtual environment.
Result
TOASTs APAC Production Director, alongside Uncanny, created a cinematic experiential activation, combining touch with real-time 3D, allowing users to explore the Speed Factory, interact with shoe prototypes, and understand how technology fuels human performance.
