We Want

We’re looking for a US Client Vice President to help lead and grow TOAST’s presence in the United States. This is a senior, full-time role focused on client leadership, commercial growth, and helping to define the future shape of TOAST’s US structure.

We’re especially keen to meet leaders with experience in:

  • Building and running strategic client relationships at an executive level

  • Growing accounts, spotting opportunities, and shaping long-term partnerships

  • Guiding complex creative and technical projects across immersive, experiential, digital, AI, and content

  • Leading multidisciplinary teams with clarity, empathy, and confidence

  • Driving commercial success while protecting creative and strategic quality

  • Representing the agency at the highest level with clients and partners

A key part of this role is helping to build TOAST’s US presence — shaping the model, structure, ways of working, and long-term vision for our North America growth.

Compensation

This is a full-time role based in the United States, with flexibility for hybrid working. Compensation is competitive and aligned to senior leadership experience.
