We Want
We’re building a roster of exceptional Art Directors who thrive across digital, experiential, and emerging technology briefs. This is an open call — we welcome Art Directors with diverse backgrounds and levels of experience, but we’re especially keen to meet those who can bring mastery in one or more of the following:
- Visual direction for immersive experiences (AR/VR/XR)
- Art direction for AI-driven content and character/world creation
- Motion and film design thinking
- Visual storytelling for interactive/gaming experiences

Please note: while we may not be able to reply to every submission immediately, we keep all portfolios on file for upcoming TOAST projects across our six pillars.
Compensation
This is a freelance role. You can work fully remote or join us in person in London, Singapore, Paris & Austin when helpful for workshops or sprints. Compensation is competitive and scaled to your experience and craft level.
