We Want
We’re looking for a Global Head of 3D & VFX to lead the development, vision, and output of our 3D and VFX capabilities across all TOAST studios worldwide. This is a full-time leadership role overseeing talent, craft, pipelines, and the evolution of our visual production standards across immersive, digital, experiential, AI-driven, and film work.
We’re especially keen to meet leaders with experience in:
Setting the creative and technical vision for 3D, VFX, and animation teams
Building and mentoring world-class artists, technical directors, and supervisors
Overseeing production pipelines across real-time (Unreal/Unity) and offline workflows
Driving innovation across CG, simulation, lighting, procedural workflows, and emerging tools
Guiding large-scale 3D, CGI, and VFX productions with clarity and confidence
Collaborating with Creative, Tech, and Experience leadership to elevate visual quality
Representing 3D/VFX in pitches, client conversations, and major global initiatives
A key part of this role is shaping the long-term future of TOAST’s global 3D and VFX capability — defining workflows, building best-in-class pipelines, and ensuring our teams are equipped to deliver groundbreaking visual work across every pillar of the company.

Compensation
This is a full-time global role, with flexibility on location and options for hybrid working. Compensation is competitive and aligned to senior global leadership experience.
