We Want
We’re looking for a Senior VR Producer to join our growing US team in Austin or New York. This is a full-time production role for someone who thrives on creating immersive, real-time, and interactive experiences — and can guide complex VR projects from concept through delivery.
We’re especially keen to meet producers with experience in:
End-to-end delivery of VR projects (Unity, Unreal, or proprietary engines)
Managing multidisciplinary teams across design, development, and 3D
Working with real-time pipelines, multi-user systems, and performance optimisation
Running clear client communication, approvals, and milestone reviews
Translating creative and technical concepts into actionable production plans
Managing budgets, workflows, sprints, and delivery timelines
Problem-solving early and maintaining calm during technical complexity

Compensation
This is a full-time role based in Austin or New York, with flexibility for hybrid working. Compensation is competitive and aligned to your experience and level of leadership.
