We Want
We’re looking for a US Production Lead to help build and guide TOAST’s production discipline in North America. This is a full-time leadership role focused on managing delivery across immersive, experiential, AI, digital, and content projects — while also helping shape the foundation of TOAST’s production capabilities in the US.
We’re especially keen to meet production leaders with experience in:
Overseeing end-to-end delivery across multiple projects and disciplines
Leading producers, project managers, and multidisciplinary delivery teams
Creating and refining production processes, workflows, and best practices
Managing budgets, scopes, and resource plans at scale
Solving problems early and maintaining clarity throughout complex builds
Working closely with Creative, Tech, and Strategy leadership
Representing the production function in client conversations and pitches
A core part of this role is helping to define the future structure of TOAST’s US production team — shaping ways of working, resourcing models, and operational tools as we continue to grow in North America.

Compensation
This is a full-time role based in the New York, with flexibility for hybrid working. Compensation is competitive and aligned to senior production leadership experience.
